Nursing & Concierge Care Payment Policy

Payment in full required at booking for services under $750. 50% deposit required for $750+. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Maison Private Nursing is private pay only and does not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged in full.

 

Holistic Health & Nutrition Coaching Payment Policy

Payment for 1-month programs is due in full at enrollment. For 3-month programs, payment is due in full at enrollment or in equal monthly installments, billed on the same date each month. Missed sessions are not refunded but may be rescheduled within the program term. No-shows are forfeited.
