Home Entry Consent

By booking services in your home, you consent to allow Maison Private Nursing staff access to the service location for the duration of the appointment. You are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible environment for care.

Non-Medical Emergency Disclaimer

Maison Private Nursing is not an emergency service provider. If you are experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, severe bleeding, or any life-threatening situation, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

 

Telehealth Limitations Disclaimer

Telehealth services are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. Limitations: - Not appropriate for urgent or emergency medical concerns. - Physical examinations may not be possible; recommendations may be limited. Client must be located in California at the time of the appointment.
